Theo has over twenty years experience in piloting SME's through difficult periods in the USA, the UK, Australia, Ireland, South Africa, The Netherlands and South Eastern Europe.
After his initial studies as a land surveyor in The Netherlands, Theo spend some time in the bush in Southern Africa- to be precise- in Zambia, The Congo, Malawi, Botswana, South Africa and Namibia, on triangulation, mapping, irrigation and road projects.
In 1971 he resumed his studies and completed an M.Sc(Eng) degree in 1975 and an M.B.A in 1983 from the University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg, South Africa. Since 1983 Theo has been actively associated with the transition of growing entrepreneurial businesses into professional SME's.
