• Do you feel you are losing control?
• Do you still enjoy your work as much as before?
• Are you thinking frequently about the "good old times?"
• Are your heirs not shaping the way you would like them to?
• Do you think of your company in terms of "flexible and dynamic?"
• Do your staff refer to it as "flexible and dynamic?"
• Are your operating systems letting you down frequently?
• Do you feel that you never have the "right" information?
• Do you feel that you are the only one capable of making important decisions?
• Are you putting out "fires" all the time?
• Are recently recruited staff not as committed as you would like them to be?
